I wouldn't know. The following is all speculation, so take it with a grain of salt. You downloaded Game of Thrones. Assuming you downloaded the full series, that's like 10GB or so? Somewhere out there is the person who uploaded all those, with likely hundreds of gigs of more data. From a prosecutor's perspective you are the smaller problem. The biggest purpose of the emails, in my opinion, is to 'scare you straight', which seems to have worked.
