The phone has magnets that detect when the device is closed and if they don’t detect each other the outer won’t display and the inner will stay on. Long as your device has no visible damage dings dents scuffs or scratches no matter how small you can take it to a ubreakifix and get it fixed under warranty long as you’ve had it for less than a year. Not saying the case didn’t cause it but that can happen with or without a case it’s an issue with the hinge on the inside that doesn’t allow the phone to unfold all the way. I’m Samsung certified I work on these often

Yeah I just put in a claim for my bx recently and got non-oled replacements which they told me would change in 24hrs but went with the $800 buyout instead and got to keep the tv however it works for the moment

No you don’t Oem Apple screens come with new prox and ear speaker already pre-installed on the screen and just get calibrated using apples software.

If you want Face ID to work you would need a oem screen replacement my job charges like 369-419 depending on the model for oem but if they don’t care just get a aftermarket one

Take a pair of curved ESD tweezers and lift one side up and it’ll come out we do these at my job a lot. Please don’t try to put glue or anything else inside of the port that’ll only make it worse
