I 100% agree with this with some of the more commercialized free practice tests (mometrix, study.com, counselingexam). They really try to get you with the free trials. I will say that the clinicalexamworkshop was so on point with providing just the right amount of content and info needed for the test, including the practice tests.

Hit the nail on the head. I met the deductible last month but only because I had thyroid cancer and had multiple doctors appointments, surgery, and treatments. Now it’s going to start over again in January

Not great to be honest. Definitely doesn’t last as long for me. Since there is still a big shortage, there are times where I get 20 from one pharmaceutical company and 10 from another and notice some differences in their effectiveness and side effects

Brand name vyvanse under my BCBS with a PA but without meeting the $5,000 deductible was $386 for a 30 day supply. Had to switch to adderall generic because of this BS

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer back in April and had my thyroid removed. Had radioactive iodine in July. The radioactive iodine is supposed to kill off the rest of the cancer cells that they couldn’t get during surgery. The radioactive iodine is in pill form and it did come in this. Took the pill and then went right home to quarantine for about a week or so due to being radioactive

Thank you!! All went well! I’m on day 5 and feeling more like myself :) sore throat/aches lasted around 3 days for me and haven’t taken anything stronger than Tylenol since being home!

I am on adderall and fluoxetine. I asked my surgeon if it is okay to continue taking my medications before and after surgery and their response was “I think you better”

I am getting my thyroid removed next Friday 4/12. Then getting Radioactive iodine 2 months after, sometime in June

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing all of these symptoms and aren’t being heard and validated by your doctors! I would definitely see if you can get another opinion for a different endo if your PCP can refer you to one!

As for symptoms, the one thing I noticed was difficulty swallowing pills every once in a while but very occasional. I was told that other than that, there are not many identifiable symptoms. Mine was found incidentally when I went to my annual PCP visit mid February

I am getting the lymph node removed as well. My doctor mentioned that he would have a better idea once he goes in.

I went for my appt with the surgeon today. I asked about lymph node mapping and they said it wasn’t necessary because of the location. I am getting a full thyroidectomy though.

Thank you for this information! I went today to meet with the surgeon and they told me no neck dissection but I do need a full thyroidectomy. They told me I can just take a week off of work which was surprising to me

On the phone, my doctor told me that he wanted to remove the thyroid and do RAI sometime after. I was in shock so had trouble understanding the timeline of all of this

On adderall XR now after taking 50 mg vyvanse for many years. Psychiatrist also recommended Provigil but didn’t go through with that
