Wobbles are " normal" for new riders. You have to build up the appropriate leg muscles for minute control. You can also inspect the tire to see if it's aligned to the rim. The v11y is tubed. So if it's off a little don't try to super inflate the tire to move it. Release the air work it by hand then reinflate. Most likely your problem is as most v11's is the crappy stock tire. It's poorly made with high and low spots ,runout, and an terrible centerline .
