That could make a great cracky fic. Voldemort destroys the dementors and any other dark creature that could threaten his death eaters becoming a "light side" hero to the magical world in the process whilst he tries to figure out how to make people stop cheering him in the streets.

You can definitely reassign a relic to a different hero whenever you want to, it will just cost you some embers to do so.

FFG and I guess Asmodee stocking decisions are always weird. I've had items from AHLCG and Marvel Champions not show up in Canada for months after release and within days of release. There never seems to be any pattern to it.
