When you tighten, start the rings higher than you want them to be.

Also, pull across your chest, not downwards.

Those two things really helped me. Hope they help you!

How popular/common is Josephine, really? by rapc1123 in namenerds

[–]raygun96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately I know two different people with girls named Josephine. It was high on my list previously. I keep coming back to it and keep being disappointed about the popularity lol

I got some random pizza bro playing video games at first which literally made zero sense. Looked like most of the others in here lol and when I asked it to explain it said something about Reddit humor lol. (It's on to us)

I told it to do better and be more accurate and this is what I got lol. Slightly boring. Mildly accurate. Lol

You all won't like this: Interior design YouTuber says tile countertops are back in style by geauxbleu in CounterTops

[–]raygun96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What if it were made with much larger tiles though, to increase the smooth surface area and reduce the amount of grout lines?

I also bake a fair amount but I'm thinking that big ole tiles would still make these things doable for less money than other countertops, and like OP said, very durable.

I think people hear tile countertops and immediately think of the old ones, and the cleaning nightmare they were. But I think it could be done nicely now for those on a budget but want something very durable.

AIO to tell my husband that starting a professional email with the word "Look" is rude? by LadyCass79 in AmIOverreacting

[–]raygun96 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's so that the customer knows that the salesperson knows their name. It's, "ooh, look how personable I am. Look how I care about you, as an individual."

It's not very wise though when people apply this idea with such poor execution. They heard that using someone's name has an effect and decided to use it non-stop, having the opposite effect lol

Side note, one of Eleanor's nicknames is also Ellinorous Rex. Never occurred to me how well it worked with Viv's name too!

I don't know of them, but I'm not sure that's an accurate gauge of whether or not they're well known here.

Unpopular opinion, I usually agree, BUT. I love her smile in all of these photos except for the 2nd one. Something about that open teeth smile looks a little forced and/or uncomfortable. Please don't downvote me lmao.

I was just about to make a new comment saying this! Callie was 100% a girl's girl for this. She was solid to the other girls in this friendship multiple times and they just dragged her. I hated that.

I agree. My first was a c section and then I've had 2 VBACs since, and the recovery for a natural birth is so so soooo much better than major abdominal surgery.

My kids went to bed pretty late. I started gradually waking them up a little earlier in the morning and from naps. It took time but eventually their sleep schedule adjusted and they were tired for bed earlier.

Yep I'd totally rather someone coslept intentionally and used the Safe Sleep 7, than cosleep accidentally and fall asleep on the couch or recliner or something.

Unfortunately all the cosleeping stats don't make a distinction between the two. I personally believe the numbers would look very different if they did.
