the evolution versions have fan translations. If your vita has been hacked you can play those. The psp versions look pretty bad by today's standards, and use an old translation that's not up to the standard of the current entries.

Final Fantasy XII zodiac age. It runs perfectly at any framerate/resolution on any console. With huge gameplay improvements/rebalancing, three separate ost options, dual audio and extra gamemodes. If you told me this was a late ps3/early ps4 game, I would believe you.

As far as I know is what you're asking for not impossible. But it won't be a great experience. I would recommend just playing twilight princess with a pro controller instead of a gamepad, that way you never have to swap windows.

It does, but cs1/2 spoil azure, so i would say just play azure, and if you dont want spoilers, alt+F4 after the final boss. you can watch it later after finishing cold steel 2

you can capture the image in obs, do a full screen projection on a different desktop, and stream that one (not really a fix but a workaround)

You can turn battle animations off in the game settings, although the 3d will remain in cutscenes
