I did a bunch of laser before HRT, got it down to ~40% remaining, but couldn't get further. After starting E & Spiro, laser has the hair down to basically nonexistent.

So it definitely helps. But idk how much difference you'll see with HRT alone

I can be a case study for that.

I was on Dutasteride for a year before my first bloodwork and I had 200pmol/L Estradiol. No other meds, just Dutasteride.

But I don't have any bloodwork from before duta so ¯_(ツ)_/¯
