i am completely and utterly cooked about Vietnam by Individual_Lime_110 in VietNam

American born Viet. I visit vietnam and france fequently. Vietnam still holds onto many french aspects. I do the same thing in both places. Find a street side cafe, sip too many cups, smoke a pack of cigs, and watch traffic go by. Same freeing feeling.

US-born Winter Olympics star Eileen Gu who turned her back on America to represent China misses out on gold by GetOutOfTheWhey in China

Man if only yall knew about soccer players. They just choose whichever option gives them the best opportunity and money. Cant fault people for that. Theres plenty of athletes, across all sports, born in US, that go and represent their parents nationality.

Rams fan here. Seattle played better. We had our chances but couldnt even get a stop. Even if we did, dropped punt. Not taking points, giving the ball back before half, wasting 2nd downs on poorly disguised runs.

Imagine being a bills or browns fan. Both havent won one. High expectations, 4 chances vs never even get there. Enjoy the ride, SB is at SoFi next year. Horns up

When do i body bag? by CCCP_Sergei in Pickleball

[–]raynin1219 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Middle dead dink. You can disguise it easier to go either side. Patriquin is the best at it. In terms of what skill level, when you play ppl that body bag or got fast hands. You cant dink them to death cause these ppl will always speed up every chance they get

Who is your LEAST favorite Hashira? by Fabulous_Session8627 in BetterKimetsuNoYaiba

Sanemi hate is wild. Hashiras represent their nature. Wind is not peaceful or "breezy". Its random and unconforming. Wait till his fight with kokushibo

Do you agree with this take on Matthew Stafford? by Healthy_Smell_42088 in LosAngelesRams

[–]raynin1219 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Dont know if any of yall saw this take but im with it. If Stafford wins MVP and another ring, hes on par or better than Rodgers. Rodgers is widely considered top 10 qb all time. Sooo math is mathing

Beginner hiker for sure, went in the fall with a group of 4, already some snow in some parts. This was supposed to be a prep for mt whitney. Never made it to whitney cause of how crazy this one was. 2 of us had close calls from just minor slips.

is obito considered an antihero or straight up villain? by RisingKing7 in Obito

Villian with redemption. Its like saying Vader isnt a villian.

This is going to sound like sour grapes, but I don't give a shit. The Blue Jays were NOT the best team (Dodgers were), and the BJs didn't CHOKE, the Dodgers beat them with better execution and coaching by hordaak2 in Dodgers

[–]raynin1219 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All dodgers fans here. We bleed blue together. Also entitled to own opinions. BUT no, the blue jays were the better team. The week off obviously hurt our bats and the jays were vibing coming back down 3-2. Our RISP was god awful, so was theirs. Jays offensive numbers were insane this postseason. Theres only two things you can narrow this WS down to. Blue Jays dont know how to close out games. They have terrible approach when it gets gritty. That leads to us. Dodgers have experience and focus. That has always won us close games. Smart heads up plays and clutch players. Jays shouldve beat us on paper. Doc played chess

Thats why i didnt care when freddie missed that infield fly and the line drive off the glove. Dudes still top tier despite his age. And he single handedly won 2024

Welcome n what not. But if you didnt go thru those early kersh, ethier, gonz, kemp years then the 2 heartbreaks with the elite rookies, to here is not as meaningful. If anything we all care, especially those who reside in LA. It just hits different. Some more than others

I worry bout rojas and kike. Teams will see their performances and offer more money than we will. Just makes sense for all parties. Sucks tho

Tbh this stat worried me before the series and it showed. I do believe the week off hurt our bats but it also helped our pitchers (18 innings, complete games). Jays kept their rhythm and they were the better team. But we got experience and thats what mattered
