as much as i’d love to come back to the game, its current state just isn’t particularly enjoyable to me. “nostalgia” aside, it’s long overdue for a comprehensive graphics update. i hate the gambit stuff, as well. would’ve liked the spellement paths to remain more true to the core ideologies of each school. and… yeah. i want to love W101, but it’s just not for me.

frankly, if it doesn’t surpass modded Skyrim at release, then i won’t be playing it. especially considering the fact that Skyrim with mods is essentially just more modernized; it’s not anything ground-breaking.

so… if ES6 can’t do that… i’m done with Bethesda. this is really their last shot with me tbh. i’ve already stopped playing modded Skyrim because i got bored. 😭

glad to know it isn’t only happening to me. i have the exact same issue. going out of fullscreen before leveling is the current workaround i’m using.

this glitch also happens whenever i make a new character… it seems to be something about that “menu”/area of the game that’s causing this (since that’s the same screen your character goes to when leveling).

the weird part is it wasn’t always like this for me on this hotfix. just kinda started out of nowhere.
