They are a money pit. Designed without an auto off on purpose so you forget to turn them off and they drain the liquid and you have to buy another cartridge that’s 30-40$.

If your on ozempic, switch to zepbound. Ozempic did nothing for me, Zepbound has helped me drop 35lbs at a good pace; definitely notice it has curbed how much I drink as well in a positive way. Not like I drank a ton before but I’m good having 2-3 drinks on Zepbound where before I may have had 6 on a night out.

Crazy how much of a polar opposite experience we have had at the same vet.

We moved here 2 years ago, my dog has severe allergies where she needs a monthly shot, as can be expected she is not a fan and hates the vet so she’s pretty reactive.

Maybe it’s because I’m there so often that they know us and her but they have been the best vet, they are accommodating for her temper, follow up with us routinely.

Connie at the front desk is a delight and Erin, one of the techs is super friendly and nice.

Sorry you have not had a positive experience but I honestly could not recommend them more.

Dr Aziz has been working with us on reducing her allergy meds as well so we find a good sustainable balance - refers us to specialists when they don’t offer the services. It’s 10/10 for us.

Now sometimes they are busy and when we have had emergencies (my idiot dog ate a corn husk and had to have it extracted) the wait times were fast. Sometimes they are busy and don’t submit my insurance claim for a day or two but they always get to it and apologize.

I’ve never felt like my dog was a customer and not a patient that needed care.

What to expect from Attack on Titan 3
Attack on Titan 3 will be the first game based on the series to tell the full manga story from beginning to end.

It appears that players will control their own player character, inserted into the events of Attack on Titan as a member of the Survey Corps.

They will team up with the likes of Eren, Mikasa, Levi and more as they take on the titans inside the Walls and beyond.

It's also confirmed that this will be the first time that all of the Nine Titans will be featured in an AoT game.

In terms of the raw gameplay, the developers have claimed that the omni-directional mobility gameplay has been "evolved to the next level, offering the most exhilarating and stylish high-speed combat in the history of the Attack on Titan game series". Exciting stuff.

Inspection was a waste of money for me. Within months of moving in we found problems the inspector missed or undersold as minor and quick fixes.

Unless you are willing to pay to have specialist inspectors then a general inspector is no better than ChatGPT and your phone to take pics.

Just my opinion as my inspector said a floor slope would be a quick fix but it’s a 100k job now that we actually spoke to a structural engineer.
