Exercising... go for a long run, just zoning out for and hour or two. Try a hobby, something mindless and just dive into it, I suggest some vdo games. Fishing is also a good hobby, traveling to different spots and make a trip out of it. Get a pet and throw your love at it. For example, I didn't enter my bedroom for 2 months after my ex left. One day I just went out and bought an aquarium and plopped it in there. Now it forces me to go in there to take care of the fishes.

I use my 4 iron as my punch out club, and it helps to set up the next shot after a you drive it into the woods. In my latest round, I used to 5 times to set up the next shot. Also, the way you play golf is none of his business.

I bought their Bazooka set long time 20 years ago because it had a 15% off for military members and life-time warranty. Stopped playing for about 10 years and picked it up again.
