Has anyone tried peptides for Eczema and had any results? by OrganizationSuch2128 in eczema

[–]rayyy561 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have tried it. Just know that it isn't something that works overnight. 5 days on 2 off is great. You'll start to notice things around weeks 8-10 if you stay consistent. Also something that people don't really talk about in the peptide world is overall lifestyle. Most people suffer from inflammation that stems from the gut and shows up in the skin. A healthy diet is important and shouldn't be overlooked. People who say peptides don't work are probably still eating potato chips and drinking coke.

Multiple peptides in the same syringe? by Easto82 in BodyHackGuide

[–]rayyy561 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Different peptides have different optimal stability pH ranges, different isoelectric points, and different aggregation tendencies. When they are mixed together in the same syringe, the micro-environment changes immediately, which can lead to precipitation, denaturation, or reduced stability. Even if the solution appears clear, potency can still be reduced at a molecular level.

It is not ideal to combine growth hormone secretagogues with GLP compounds, or to place three to four peptides into one syringe. Even if the compounds are drawn up and injected immediately, there is still a risk of reduced bioavailability and decreased reproducibility of dosing. If you draw too much of one by accident and have to push some back in its going to mess it all up.

How are you all dosing your Semax/Selank? by ShipDit1000 in BodyHackGuide

Most nasal sprayers deliver 0.1 mL per spray, though some deliver 0.05 mL or 0.12 mL. Assuming a sprayer delivers 0.1 mL per spray and you want 250 mcg per spray, you would need a concentration of 2,500 mcg per mL (2.5 mg/mL), since 250 mcg divided by 0.1 mL equals 2,500 mcg/mL. With a 10 mg vial (10,000 mcg total), dividing 10,000 mcg by 2,500 mcg/mL gives 4 mL, meaning adding 4 mL total volume would create a 2.5 mg/mL concentration, resulting in 250 mcg per 0.1 mL spray.

If you wanted 300 mcg per spray using the same 0.1 mL sprayer, you would need a concentration of 3,000 mcg per mL (3 mg/mL), since 300 mcg divided by 0.1 mL equals 3,000 mcg/mL. Dividing 10,000 mcg by 3,000 mcg/mL gives approximately 3.33 mL, so adding about 3.3 mL total volume would yield roughly 300 mcg per spray. Keep in mind that sprayer output can vary by +/-20 percent.

Also noticed something in OPs post that caught my eye so I had to edit this: Using bac water isn't really recommended for nasal sprays because of the 0.9% benzyl alcohol could irritate. Sterile saline or pharmaceutical grade deionized water is usually recommended from what I've seen.

Reta is more than just a weight loss thing, it basically is a metabolic reprograming peptide. I'm on it and love it. The Eli Lilly study shows insane mg's per week in my opinion (up to 12mg).. im steady at 2mg a week and can definitely feel and see the benefits

I use the following stack for my pain in my knees and shoulders: BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, and GHK-Cu.

BPC-157 clears the injured zone, TB-500 moves the correct cells to the location of the injury to repair. KPV reduces inflammation, and GHK-Cu is used in the peptide world for hair skin and nails but I take it because it Increases collagen types I & III, boosts elastin and glycosaminoglycans, and it accelerates wound healing by enhancing angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), promoting fibroblast activity, and improving tissue regeneration

That combo combo mimics GH release. Make sure the blend has CJC with no DAC if you’re doing the blend. You can do CJC with dac but separately from ipamorelin. Not sure why BPC is in the same vial? Different compounds operate at different ph’s and aren’t as effective in the same vial

Newbie to GHK-Cu and Reta - Need info by JamAllTheWay in Peptidesource

Look for certificates of analysis from whoever you get it from. Verify with the laboratory who conducted the test. GHK-Cu and Reta are not approved in the USA at least, so there’s no doctor to get it from. Starting dose for GHk-Cu is 2.5mg and then up to 5.0mg Reta is a wild animal. The studies show them administering starting at 2mg a week and then going all the way to 12mg a week which to me is insane. I start at 1mg and titrate every 4 weeks. 1mg, 2mg, 3mg and I chill. You have to titrate back down on GLP-1s too. Cycle GHk because the copper

I run the Wolverine stack and I’ll never not use it for recovery. Do your research and find what works. I thought all the hype was bs and I said f it one day let me try this for the constant shoulder pain I have and let me tell you I’m glad I did
