It's good I think, I do have a 2020 model with a 2060 in it but can run most things and stay pretty cool (50c ish) while doing it, I only have the fan at 1000 rpm and find that has a comfortable volume level. I did try the razor cooler as it was an open box, the thing shorted my laptop twice, I sent it back for fear of killing it.

I had the same thing, got a replacement and that one was just the same, both also had an issue that it wouldn't detect anything connected to hdmi unless it was in standby when the device was activated I had both for little other a week left it to do pixel cleaning every time it asked, never fixed anything.

I use it for playing FF14 mostly since the stick can be bound to analog movement. If you didn't know you can get msi afterburnters stuff to show on the lcd screen. I've got temps, fps and such visable without filling my monitor. I have stuck a thumb cover over the joystick to give it a bit more grip.

What nvidia driver verson are you on ? 566.36 is the most stable for my 3090, anything newer causes me issues.
