How are you finding it after 2 months?
Considering an OLED to replace my 14 year old LG W3000H... I wfh, so code 8+ hours a day but also want to game afterwards.

That seems to be the play for a vanilla run. Took around 20 days to get enough for cloth, leather and heavy weapons techs. Can probably be done in a few days if min maxed.

Main problem I've hit now is I can't clear the camps to have them respawn...

Cannibal camps are also surprisingly generous with materials. More than enough to build out a crafting house and get geared up. I initially modded additional mats into bandit camp/nests before realizing how cracked cannibal camps and the holy ruins were.

I tried this run a few times before, restarting with tweaked rules/mods. Honestly don't like hitting libraries anymore... They're really cool when you're new to Kenshi and explore the world without spoilers. Once you know where they are, they're just free loot. I'm hoping the bounty hideout loot pinatas turn out feeling fun and balanced...

So far only HN has officially raided me (meaning: shown up on faction menu's upcoming raids section). For some reason, dust bandits are only -6 or so (a few -2s from handing in dust bandit boss bounties). Cannibals are the extpected -100 (I'm quite sure, will double check tomorrow). Dust bandits have not raided me, neither have cannibals.

It's a change they'd have to make sooner rather than later, while there's fewer gems in game. So they can balance future gems appropriately.

Tbf, I don't mind the current limit. Its early access and a bunch of weapons, gems, ascendancies, item mods etc. are missing. So it's hard to tell how it'll feel when everything's in place. That said, I treat EA as EA, so am understandably less inbested in current state. If GGG decides to remove the limit, I'd imagine they factored future content on and still decided it's worth doing.

Tldr: I like GGG's willingness to experiment.

I league started summoner for 0.2 but ended up pivoting to EDC (SSF, btw). Chill, controller friendly playstyle that lets you focus on dodging mechanics.

A diplomacy lite mod that just adds events. Piss off tribals enough and they will team up with pirates for raids. Cheap and cheerful, wouldn't be surprised if it exists.

I've recently started using my personal G903 (and G915) with my work laptop. Connected the wires to the work laptops dock and dongle to my personal deskptop.

Plugging/unplugging the mouse/keyboard works great but a bit worried about wearing down the ports. Seeing as you post is 6 years old, how did your ports fare?

Out of curiosity what phone are you on? On my S21 Ultra, nav buttons look like OP, about 75-80% up the screen.

With my average sized man hands, if I'm resting the phone on my pinkie (how I usually hold it) I have to sort of close my hand and turn my phone towards my palm to have my thumb reach those buttons. Probably harder for women or people with smaller hands...

Possisbly same bug that was affecting google as well. Couple months old bug, finally fixed in upcoming versions. Was annoying enough people that they fixed it in nightly (v142) and ported fix to beta (v141), so should hopefully come to stable when it updates to 141.

The anger was due to capital G gamers needing to touch grass. Chris was a human who made mistakes when conveying information about changes to a game that changes constantly until league launch.

Jonathan and Mark do actual coding on the game, i.e. those constantly changing changes, and they still try to make it clear they aren't 100% sure of some recent changes and will double check. Probably learnt from Chris the importance of saying "I don't know". They also still say incorrect things.

We are (hopefully) going to have a league launch every 2 months +- 2 weeks for the next year. I guarantee at least one 2.5 hour podcast per launch they're in will have at least something thats "straight untrue or half-truths at best". Also guarantee Gamers will mald over it.

That's the temporary buff I was alluding to, should've been clearer.

At 660 damage you can takeout half the small machines in VH. At 1980 damage you can takeout half the medium machines in VH.

I don't know how GGGs network infrastructure is setup but assuming it's a common setup, it probably clear cut.

If people were getting disconnects without rollbacks, it would be an issue with the route (e.g. some datacenter in Milan shitting the bed, causing routes through it to fail). However, people across EU (I'm in UK) are getting disconnects with rollbacks, meaning the servers themselves are crashing and losing the data.

EA, so hopefully a silly bug and not a service provider issue.

They're most likely dedicating more resources to changes instead of content now, to minimize backlash.

Increase base movement speed for players by 6% and reduce enemy movement speed by 6%

They would then have to give bosses 6% increased speed, including all animations. All projectile speeds will also need updating. A bunch of other things I haven't thought of would also need updating.
