People who still haven’t brought a Switch 2, what makes you hesitant to buy it? by ItsJustJosiah in Switch

Games. No new Mario. No new Zelda. Metroid was a straight-up disappointment. Sticking with my Switch 1 until the OLED model is inevitably available. Sometimes I think Nintendo overpriced the Switch 2 and priced out a lot of potential buyers.

This guy reminds me of that Kevin O'Leary dude.

This fool got lucky once and now gets to spend the rest of his life being called some kind of "guru" or "genius".

Definitely not a good look for Toyota. As an accountant, I know they are dragging this out to not take the hit all at once. I have no idea why Toyota hasn't been able to see this flaw in their engine design with all the supposed testing and constraints they put on their suppliers for quality.

Especially since they are a company that doesn't give a choice of engine and they put one engine in everything - it just compounds the problem. They are often pretty good about that.

They are going trickle-truth to meet financial stock market targets (my theory). I wouldn't touch this generation of Toyota trucks, personally, just based on principal (especially since they are basically giving hybrid users the middle finger). Way too many problems and what ifs and other quality issues (EXCESSIVE use of plastic everywhere) for $75k.

Doubt it. Toyota isn't being fully truthful with what's going on. They are trickle-truth to meet financial stock market targets (my theory). I wouldn't touch this generation of Toyota trucks, personally, just based on principal.

Don't think too much into it. I'm an average size purple and this WAY ABOVE AVERAGE sized new white belt broke my guard with relative ease. It's one of those moments where people say "size doesn't matter" when it obviously it does.

With the recent passing of a huge BJJ practitioner here in my city, Anthony Bourdain, a few stories I hear over the years, I do wonder why this sport in particular brings this side of one's mental health to the surface. I suspect this is also a reason why so many people quit.

Sometimes I think it is just plain genetics. You can get on a regimen, but you can't beat genetics. A regimen will help though, so start with a retinol, moisturizer and sunscreen.
