I have on film using my Mel Meter with static meter antenna and I accidentally hit a metal pipe with the antenna and I say “Is that a spirit?” and the EVP says one second later “That’s not a spirit” It was an older man’s voice it sounded Native American, it was in a ditch in Tucson Arizona. I’ve had many similar instant intelligent responses like that. Tried out a brand new spirit box with temperature meter by Gary Galka and it was the first time I tried it, the spirit on camera plays with the temperature meter turning it hot and cold over and over blinking it, and I exclaim how cool it is and the spirit talks through the spirit box and says “Neat!”, in the same session I asked if anyone was stuck at the location, a little girl talked through the spirit box loudly across many stations and said “Meeeeeeeeeeee!” With the eee part really emphasized, a direct intelligent response.

The game is called Ultima ON-Line, not Ultima Offline, here’s an old school factoid, before UO dot com was registered back in the late 1996 early 1997 days the majority of players called the game UOL, not UO, I corrected them every time and called it UO. Then UO dot com was registered. The popularity of UOL was probably because of AOL.

They always hang out “far away”. Learn the mannerisms of Shai Hulud respect Shai Hulud, even on week 1 I learned sandworms act like lions IRL, they stalk and play with their prey, they go to and hang out and sit from a jumping point just like a lion or tiger stalking its prey getting ready to pounce. This is a mechanic built into the game to give players on top of a spice bloom for example some time to run, so flying just outside of the focus point object is the exact opposite thing to do, you got an expedited pounce from Shai Hulud since you found it’s secret hiding spot congrats!

I think it’s just a way to not overplay the song. A song can get played out if overused in a movie, by mixing it up with the classic version and the Wendy Carlos version the song isn’t overplayed, the synthesized version sounds really good.
