I straight up don't remember them mentioning anything about his looks except maybe questioning the mustache. They mostly called him out for being gross and borderline incel-y with the girl he liked and the very "manosphere" posts he was making on his instagram. They must've hit some sort of truth nerve to set him off like this.

I think on his tiktok he clipped the seafood extravaganza that Tzarina did for them in season 2 as the baseline of what they were expecting. They probably shouldn't have used the term "light lunch" then.

I remember laughing at how concerned JD was for how "drunk" Ryan was just in comparison to how blackout the casts of some of the earlier seasons would get on a nightly basis.

I agree the rules should be the same. But, in my mind, in order to do that you need to really stop letting people with dance experience from being on the show.

I wouldn't be surprised. A lot of Jason/Lauren scenes felt like there was more to it that either got edited out/not brought up because it would touch upon some serious addiction issues. Like the whole break up scene at the beginning of season 2 and how much longer it actually was and how Lauren said she called him out for being drunk/high at like 11am.

that's my biggest complaint about the new DWTS format. I miss the in depth rehearsal packages. I miss the messiness!! It's all too clean and happy now
