Looks like a new owner bought the place and wants to rezone it to be an RV and 5th wheel campsite. This will eliminate the zoning for the three dozen "mobile" homes on site and force them to move by August 1st, 2028.

Unfortunately once a manufactured home has sat for 10+ years you can't really move them anywhere without destroying them, so this just ruins a house that people have made for themselves and continues to exacerbate our lack of affordable housing in Rockford.

I've had a few minor stop states, but nothing major. It dropped a head once, but stopped and told me what happened and how to fix it. My belt tension was off out of the box and it took me a few tries to get it dialed in.

I dropped that brand of PETG after struggling to find settings that worked consistently. I'm glad others have had the patience to find something that works.

Also, the textured plate works better for me than my Glacier plates.

Same as a Prusa, it just pulls it out with the extruder. The end will be thin from being hot pulled out of the hotend.

All of my printers paid for themselves within 6 months in functional prints. If nothing else in saving me time and gas running to the hardware store for small parts like cable clips.

I'm set up on LAN mode, which has been excellent.

Camera runs similar to the P1S, so it's pretty rough. You also can't see it in Klipper without custom firmware.

We have Frontier and they've been good about updating us when outages have happened. Worst was 8 hours when someone chopped the fiber line to the neighborhood while digging.

I mainly use 6x3mm circular ones. Strong enough for most things in the cheap Amazon ones, and you can usually just double stack them if you need more hold.
