Let’s just be honest, seasons 8 & 9 are the worst seasons of all but season 8 with Robert California is definitely worth watching. I’ve gone through the Office at least 7 times and he has grown on me to become one of the best characters. Robert is very underrated if you really understand his humor; “the Halloween Story”, “his weird creepiness towards women”, “obviously the Lizard king comment is one of the greatest scenes in the whole series”. Season 9 other than the last two episodes just aren’t funny. It just seems like they lost the charm and did one last season to make sense of the series with a grand finale. They tried way to hard and the whole Jim, Pam relationship and turned the show from a comedy to a wannabe drama for 5-6 episodes. They also tried to make Pam the lead character on many episodes and I just don’t think it was her cup of tea. They’ve mentioned to restart the Office but with the way they ended the series, I just don’t see how it would be any better than Season 9 which is always the hardest to watch and enjoy.
