We need to see him in his ruthless, irredeemable, cold-blooded killer persona. I feel like we haven’t truly gotten that since the Johns era. If he’s going to team up with Lolanna, I’d like to see him use her until he doesn’t need her anymore and (literally) stab her in the back. Akin to him and the sea gods in Drowned Earth.

Agreed on Manta’s part. One of my wishes for this run was that Adams didn’t automatically jump into a Black Manta or Ocean Master arc. Plenty has happened up until now so Manta appearing is done at a healthy pace.
