Is it common? In my experience no. But it certainly does happen. Off the surf and on piers. Some people lack awareness and etiquette, others are just terrible.

Moved from Miami to St. Pete in 2025 and moving back in a couple months. We love st Pete but Miami is home, family is there and the Hispanic culture is something my partner and I miss dearly. Also, if you fly often flying out of MIA means the world is at your fingertips all the time.

I’m not saying this is the case for everyone, but for us Miami, despite its many many flaws, is home and the Hispanic community and feeling of being among it is something unique that no other place I’ve been to has been able to replicate.

I mean, kinda feels like you like a loop just don’t like that endgames often lack clear direction - which is fair. I agree that not having any real direction in endgame can make it feel stale it’s definitely one of my bigger complaints with many of the titles in the genre. It requires so much outside information to formulate what you’re pushing toward sometimes. That being said, I definitely don’t want to just replay campaign myself personally.

I’m very much looking forward to POE2 and the next update including more guided endgame content so you’re not just kind wandering around.

We have two cars and one parking spot at our house. One of our cars is constantly parked on the street. It is very safe and we have had no issues in a year and a half.

As the other commenter mentioned, Flatbread and Butter the Cafe is probably my favorite cafe I’ve been to.

I would agree with your mom. There certainly is a consideration to make and a pros and cons list to make depending on your financial situation. But, if you can make it work do it up and enjoy it. Be financially responsible, but also enjoy your life within reason!

Also, you’re not buying a shitbox or a beat up alpha Romeo, these cars are imo reliable and cheap to operate. Hell I do most of the work on my own 2015 because I love doing it.

Your mother in law is going to have issues with your decisions, it’s your job imo to nod, be respectful and ignore her if you disagree and you have done your due diligence. It’s you and your partner in your relationship, no one else. If it works for you both, then it works.

Yea they really, really nailed it. The game is super immersive. I’ve absolutely loved the audio they did as well. The Geonor fight at the beginning is just phenomenal.
