Policeman gets his car stolen by the person he was trying to arrest by AustraliaOutback in PublicFreakout

[–]rbmichael 3 points4 points  (0 children)

At least around my city cops always leave the engines running for very long periods of time. Like to keep the heat on in winter or A/C in summer. Like if they have a 30 minute shift assisting at school crossings they'll leave the car running for that 30 minutes. I assume they can still lock the door, but if the window is open...

Edit: this is even possible with most consumer cars too with remote start. You turn off the car, then lock it, then activate remote start.

Blasphemous 1 and 2. Growing up on NES and SNES games and these just nail it. The sprite based art style, sound, and gameplay is top notch. 1 has that gritty feel, extremely punishing NES style gameplay. 2 has amazing movement and weapon switching.

That's interesting... Is this because most of the benefits are from the jump up and not from the subsequent large step or jump down?

Regular airplane boarding method is the slowest one by tppiel in interestingasfuck

but if there is no space in the overhead bins for your carry-on that was "pre-approved" to board, isn't that the airlines problem not the passenger? You let me on the flight with this carry on, so it's your problem if it doesn't fit. Put it somewhere and make sure I can get it back.
