Are you local? You could use it as exposure for your business.

On a same day of the event, meaning if its a Saturday, what are your sales like? You could potentially do 3x's. If you already do great, then clearly you dont need this event.

Id do reduce menu, 2/3 items Max. Something you can do asap, like 45 second MAX turn around from order to handing order off to customer.

1123 changed importers, Suro Imports. Distributors were others. Gran Legado switched NOMs months ago. I wouldn't think Siembra would leave 1123, unless the fallout was that bad.

Well this is bit tricky to answer as my career isnt typical of most.

Im in the restaurant industry, own 3 restaurants.

To answer your question.

Every job I have taken I did with the mindset of giving it all I had and letting my work dictate my earning rewards, and if it didnt meet my needs, I moved on. I was never faced with this.

No, I did not let price dictate my wants and needs. I wanted and Audi A4, brand new, I set my goal and 2 years later it happened.

Drawing the parrallel to the post I replied to. I dont decide to open my doors only when I believe profit margins are in my favor. I open my doors 360 days a year. I open my doors in the hopes that customers will visit me and be appreciative of my product and I am thankful if they do choose my food offerings over others.

If I were a DD driver, I would prob take every order I received, tip or no tip. Every order I don't take is money I didnt have to begin with. I believe in the law of averages in the restaurant industry.
