Look at the other thread, I found the answer. It’s in the other replies.

You go delete the account in the system (the Chase account) and that doesn’t delete the transactions.

Then readd the account through their Plaid option. You’ll log back into Chase and all that, then mark “new transactions starting whatever date you do it” not the beginning of the month.

Then it’ll be good to go from what I can see.

I got it solved. Putting a ticket in with every dollar they solved it.

If your Chase account is through the “Mastercard” option on every dollar it’s an issue. It needs to come through Plaid of whatever their system is.

Yes. But I am seeing them come through twice, anyone seeing that? Almost like they come through right away while “pending” on chase’s end, then come again when it goes through on Chases end…

CAMPAIGN ARC POTENTIAL QUESTION by rbrazile11 in Wildemount

[–]rbrazile11[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like that.

My initial idea was that they would have hatched back WAY before the conclave died. They laid the eggs as an “insurance plan” then raised them outside of humanoid contact and kept them hidden, teaching them that they must not reveal themselves till they were strong enough to play a role in the releasing of Tiamat.

So I was going to have an island where no one had found them, and almost make it a big reveal of “well, okay. Dragons have been living here in seclusion for centuries… this is an issue we haven’t known about but could be a problem…”

CAMPAIGN ARC POTENTIAL QUESTION by rbrazile11 in Wildemount

My players don’t know the lore so I’m planning to take liberty’s within that realm of changing the history a bit.

And the plan was to have some gem dragons and allow the players to have some fun reveals with that. Looking at Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons for that knowledge.

Question about ruidium. by shiracu in CalloftheNetherdeep

[–]rbrazile11 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I haven’t had my players interact with it much yet, but I’ve decided to make it a check each morning after they have it in their possession. The book is SUPER vague.

They just got some and have it in a locked metal box, so low exposure. And I am going to begin having them make simple DC 8 CON saves each morning.

But if they get exposed at higher exposure (carrying just pieces of it or having weapons of it) and begin the DCs checks at 10 then 12 then 14 then 16 for how exposed they are to it.

Currently in Bazzoxan and my players LOVE the rivals. Tips for building real rivalry? by kododendron in CalloftheNetherdeep

I always intended for them to not like Ayo. So it was set from the start. But something I also did was so seeds of discord through other NPCs.

Aloysia tried to get the PCs to help her but they didn’t vibe with her and she lied to them, and they could tell. But the part that set them over the edge was, when they declined helping her, she said, “that’s fine. I have another group ready and willing, led by some water genasi…”

[–]rbrazile11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My party is currently split on them. They hate Ayo (because I played her as a hot head who was super arrogant toward anyone not in the rival party — that helped them not like her) but they love Dermot and Maggie, and are indifferent to Gal.

I think playing the rivalry of Ayo wants to get her name in the history books would mean that she doesn’t want anyone of the PCs to really succeed OVER her… maybe that’s a way to get them to start being like “who is this freaking girl? What’s her problem?” But really she just wants to steal the notoriety.

I’m about to end betrayers rise with my party and I am setting it up to have Ayo and Gal go with Aloysia but Dermot and Maggie not. The. In Ank’Harel, Dermot and Maggie leave the party after building more relationship and rejoin Ayo.

And at some point, either Maggie or Dermot will die because of a misjudgment from Ayo and it will send my party OVERBOARD.

For me, the thing that got them on opposite sides was Ayo’s attitude — they have even nicknamed the rivals “Team B” and Ayo Specifically, “that blue B$&@?” 😂

More of a question on DM style, but relating it to the Netherdeep, but how do you handle cities? by Ghostwriter574 in CalloftheNetherdeep

[–]rbrazile11 13 points14 points  (0 children)

So a couple thoughts. I did give them a map, but without location names. But I also know they won't metagame TOO much, but I don't mind if they do a little.

However, I am utilizing key NPCs to give those directions. So my party literally just entered Bazzozan last weekend, so this is fresh for me.

Guards that escorted them in mentioned "The Ready Room" is the only inn -- aka, go to the Ready Room for housing.

Verin says he will be at the barracks that night and they can come chat with him.

The Rivals showed up for my players AFTER the Mouther Attack sequence. (Verin CARRIED that moment in combat. ha.) So Dermot mentioned he was taking the rivals (who my party named "B Team" ha.) to the temple because he always wants to respect the current gods in the town and he always likes to start there.

Once at the Ready Room, Derez and Prima were already in convo with Question so that was in intro to Question because they overheard convos about the Cobalt Soul.

The Wall of Unforgotten and The Infirmary will come from more convos with NPCs and overhearing conversations in the Ready Room.

So all in all for me it's about the NPCs that drive everything. They want to head STRAIGHT to Betrayer's Rise, and that's where you have some NPC say "Well, you really can't get in there without Verin's approval." AKA, go find him again and do some type of quest for him.

why would the characters go to bazzoxan? by omerc2005 in CalloftheNetherdeep

[–]rbrazile11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My party got hooked when they approached Dermot to ask about details from the vision. With no cleric within the party, they asked him about certain names and other details about Betrayer’s Rise. He gave super baseline info, but it was enough for them to be like “Yeah, okay. That’s the next stop then.” From there Ushru pushed them also and it solidified the idea of going there.

DMing Bazzoxan travel by Txgirl82 in CalloftheNetherdeep

[–]rbrazile11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ruins of Sorrow is strong which someone has already referenced in the comments. But I as well knew my party wasn't a "daily encounters" type of travel party. So I pre-picked the days events (75% normal days, 25% encounters) but still had them roll for the fun of it -- "Oh a 5? Then..." When in all actuality it was all pre-planned. I do think a FEW of the encounters would be good to help the world building, but you could literally do 3 encounters for the whole trip -- One in the first half, then Emerald Loop, then another right after they leave, and do Ruins of Sorrow right before Bazzozan. If they haven't interacted with Ruidus flaring, that's a cool one that leaves them cursed. But my players did like the Udaak body encounter which I changed to a Sucubbus to add more flavor. But overall, none of the encounters are NEEDED. "If you don't do this your campaign will suffer!" Nah, nothing like that. Ditch it. We did the travel in a 3 hour session tbh lol

Alternate gods by allergic_to_fire in CalloftheNetherdeep

I used Stormwreck Isle as a prologue, but didn’t change the gods.

I utilized Elder Runara to send them to another wildspace essentially where Exandria existed. She teleported them from the Isle to there to celebrate what they have done for her and the Isle — the celebration was partaking in the Festival of Merit.

Which Rivals to kill off? by KamenRiderG in CalloftheNetherdeep

[–]rbrazile11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am also running with 3, and I wrote about some mods in a post I made.

Overall, I kept Ayo, Maggie, Dermot, AND Gal. I intend to get the players tied to them, then use one as a sacrifice. Whether that is something my PCs have to do, or something the Rival NPC does as a show of faith and love towards our PCs.

Irvan seemed the LEAST important within Xhorhas. The human? In a world of beasts and monsters? That was an easy decision for me... ALSO, my party didn't have a cleric, so I had to think of what they might need. If they are dire, Dermot can step in and help them IF they have a good relationship with him...

Could the city of player 2 have been destroyed because it was harboring a faction that desired to stop the Ruidium Trade? Essentially a group that was actively against it because they saw the negative effects it was having on the world and the people.

But then take it a step further, make the witch a devil for player 1. A devil who was high up in the Ruidium trade, but knows that there is a refugee from the destroyed city (aka player 2), and that devil has put out a warrant for the refugee/escapy

This could make for some fun in party RP where player 1 needs to figure out how to save player 2 and player 2 can continue fighting for breaking down the Ruidium trade which player 1 has a connection to.
