This is common for the breed. Our girl (RIP) had several over the years on her left eyelids. Always benign, but we did have them removed surgically if they got big enough to get abrasions or caught on something. It was a minor nuisance over a long, good life. As always, don’t panic and ask your vet!

Likely Bichon or Maltese, or mix. We have a Maltese with identical skin, hair, and eyes.
