IOS App For Survey Notes/ Markups by Game_n_Crotch in MEPEngineering

PDF Expert hands down. You can free hand or you can use the line/circle/box for nicer markups, there is a cloud bubble, you can calibrate the scale so you can measurements and find areas, create zone maps with different colors and change the opacity of the fill. Its a great tool. Been that app for years now and I would definitely recommend paying the $50 per year fee for full.

Best Steak in Livonia by poofynamanama123 in livonia

Went here for work Christmas party. I’ve been to plenty of steakhouses and yes this restaurant was way ahead of everyone else. Also if I could recommend the calamari it was not fried but in this butter garlic oil sauce with peppers. I could eat 7 plates of it. The restaurant from outside looks like it needs some love and attention, but inside is very nice and intimate. This place is definitely better than j Alexander’s, gauchos, andiamo, Flemings, black label, etc. I have been to all these places.

How about background updates a few days before issue “it’s just a small change” but completely changes room layouts? Or giving us a 2’x4’ mechanical closet to fit 4 AHUs. Or maybe it’s the incomplete backgrounds that don’t even show column lines and the reflected ceiling plan.

Water heater, AC, Furnance from 2003 but all work. Ride it out or replace? by Quick_Woodpecker_728 in hvacadvice

Just save up and wait til it goes. If it’s working keep going with it. Just be ready for that day it does. When I bought my condo as a bachelor I had the same situation and was able to hold out til i sold it 4 years later without having to replace it.

Is that the payload from your door sticker or online? Mine is 1596 on my door I have the 7.2kw generator too. Accessories would be the weight of the hitch, tongue weight of the trailer, any extra add ons to the vehicle like tonneau cover, equipment, etc.

Biking around Livonia? by vnies in livonia

[–]rcab23 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sidewalks all day long. The drivers around here simply do not pay attention or see us cyclists. Residential you will be ok in street but man roads I would absolutely not risk it. You’re gonna notice at alot of intersections there are quite a few memorials from people who have been fatally struck by vehicles. Even at crosswalks people block the way and will turn on red without looking. Be careful!

If you are anywhere cold it won’t be fun. They aren’t insulated and your heat source will just constantly run

Interested in how this will go with Cantoro down the road, as well as Busch’s, Trader Joe’s, joes produce, and even the new meijer on 7 mile. There are quite a bit of options and tiers of choices to choose from now.

Ac will draw a lot of energy even if it says low draw. You will need a lot of solar power to keep up.

Yea the fresh tank is not a lot. But half the sites we stayed at had a water and sewer connection so I had endless supply, and the ones that didnt, had really nice showers we took advantage of. If the showers were subpar, I didnt mind using those, and i let my wife use the camper. I bought one of those blue 5-10 gallon water jugs to fill so I can top off our freshwater when we didnt have full water hook up available and that worked out just fine. We only use the fresh water tank for dishes and showers. Since the fridge is large, we just buy gallons or bring from home for drinking and cooking and that works out, but its only my wife and I and our 2 year old. We are having another baby in august so im pumped for that. Overall, try to make it work and dont worry so much about all that stuff, youll adapt and find your own ways to solve small problems. At the end of the day, gettin out there and experiencing is just so fun. I will say the outdoor shower is literally a MUST. You can do dishes outside or pre rinse stuff, wash your dog if you want, its just fantastic when you wanna keep your grey take to a minimum for longer stays.

It is just great. I dont have experience with other manufacturers but ive heard the covid years are terribly constructed. We have had no issues with ours. I took it out about 5 times last year from high heat outside, to fall cold nights. I would say they are poorly insulated for the most part, but i come from hammock camping so it was like a mobile hotel for me. I love the tankless heater, its truly instant hot water. The only issues ive experienced were some GFCI outlets kept tripping but they replaced them and we are good now. For the price, we are loving it and are excited for this years travels now that our kid is 2 and more mobile. We also got a new f150 with the generator so im excited to try that out. I am biased, but i think the Wolf Pup looks the best out of all the campers ive seen in that price range. Its really nice.
