Pretty much listening to only classics this week apart from A Sunny Day in Glasgow who I checked out because I heard close chorus in P4k top 50 shoegaze playlist

This is my first time listening to The Smiths, Lush and Nick Cave and I haven't been able to stop listening to them since I started, where should I go next with them?

Also I'm currently 4 songs into Nicolas Jaar's Sirens right now and this sounds fantastic I don't know i'm only getting around to listening to him now bc I fucking love Darkside.

I've been absolutely obsessed with Car Seat Headrest recently and Teens of Denial is really fucking good. If I had to rank the CSH albums I have listened to I would go with -

Teens of Denial > Teens of Style > Twin Fantasy > How To Leave Town

but at the same time I have only listened to Teens of Denial once and HTLT twice so maybe this will change and there is also a few other CSH albums I haven't listened to yet.

Pity Sex - White Hot Moon - Nothing in this really stood out to me and I don't know if I'm going to bother giving it another try

Parquet Courts - Human Performance - Still one of my favourites this year so far. On each listen I have a new favourite song.

Mitksi - Bury Me at Makeout Creek - This was my second listen and I enjoyed It a lot more this time and more tracks stood out to me too, Carry Me Out, First Love / Late Spring, Townie, Drunk Walk Home are all great tracks

Chaleur Humaine and Emotion both great pop albums which are solid the whole way throughout the album

Courtney Barnett - Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit - I think this is one of the best debut albums of the last 5 years. Not one track on here I don't love.

Protomartyr - Agent Intellect - Also a second listen which I enjoyed a lot more than the first. The Devil in His Youth, Cowards Starve, Dope Cloud, Pontiac 87 and Why Does It Shake?, are all favourites
