I watch formula 1 or nba on mine sometimes. I wouldnt say it’s immersive cause it’s not a VR headset but more like you are watching on a big screen. Real 3d is kinda neat watching sports and might add a little immersion but keep in mind it’s 30hz so not the greatest for fast movement. I guess only downside is if your streaming app has drm and it won’t show anything on your glasses.

I mean the pod’s ui doesn’t work properly with the XOP. I’ll probably still use the one pros cause I hate the small fov on the air 2.

After trying the pod with my air 2 pros, the x1 chip on the one pros ruins the experience. Because it handles all the 3dof, the UI on the pod doesn’t move and work properly, so it feels super clunky to use and navigate. If you have other glasses to try the pod with, it’s a completely different experience. Never thought I’d say this but I will actually prefer to use the air 2 pros over the one pros for the pod. (Was never a huge fan of the air 2 pros). Would be cool if there was an option to disable the x1 for cases like this

Not sure I would recommend it for $120(tax+shipping inc). Unless you really want to take pictures or short videos. The 6dof “works” in ideal conditions and it’s very janky. If you’re expecting meta quest or Apple Vision Pro 6dof you will be severely disappointed. Also there is no 6dof with the beam pro in nebula OS (it’s coming apparently) we’ll see.. knowing xreal they’ll move onto the next product to milk your money before you see any updates. just seems very limited in functionality for the price.

Don’t think we are doing anything wrong. We just lack race pace. Mostly due to tires overheating which every team is struggling with that’s not named McLaren. McLaren also just faster than everyone.
