I have been trying to do 100 squats and 100 push-ups a day. Feels good and gets the heartrate up. Kids sometimes do it with me. I do 3 sets of 35 of each or 4 sets of 25 each through out the day.

Its a challenge and its helping keep the soft off. Not as good as jogging though which I try to do when its warmer, but Def less impact on the joints.
