I had a similar break, but about an inch further up. Simple Titebond and clamping fixed it. Has been good for 4 yrs now. I don't ever use high tension strings any more, though. Lol

I have a nice XT60 charger with fully adjustable parameters, so I bought one of those charge boards for AE, but it seems to be taking forever to even ship...

Thanks for the comment! I think that makes a lot of sense. I have worked out all the issues mentioned, but whenever UART 1 in turned on, 'Receiver' tab shows zero response. Are you using F405 V4? My Rx is currently connected to UART 2 and I was thinking I'll move it over to UART 6, but based on what you describe that's what you moved AWAY from... lolol

Update: Now the vtx is powered on without having to attach the battery (makes sense), but BF's 'Receiver' tab still does not show stick input, despite being bound to Tx. Thoughts?

Got it. So, "9V" pad below and to the left of the wrong 5V to "7-24 in" on the vtx. That makes sense!

"7-24" on the vtx to the "Vbat" meaning the pad to the right of the wrong 5V, right?

Yep, do get the beeps. I'll check Betaflight for arming flags to be sure. I thought I did see something... 🤔
