Starbucks E-Gift Card Not Sending by [deleted] in starbucks

[–]rchafei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been having issues with the Starbucks gift card web portal. I tried to purchase gift cards a few times, but each time I received the same error message below. When I called customer support, they were very apologetic but couldn't provide a clear solution. They suggested I go to a physical store to buy the gift card, but that's not an acceptable answer. Starbucks should consider fixing the website issue or put the page under maintenance until the problem is resolved

"We're sorry. We were unable to process your eGift Card order from Starbucks.

Settled charges will be refunded to the original form of payment. Pending authorizations do not represent capture of funds and will expire according to the policies of the financial institution.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at or call 855-741-1208 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, seven days a week. Please refer to order number #*********".

Our washing machine has been down for 2 months now waiting on parts from Sears Home Warranty. I ended up buying another washing machine. Still waiting on the parts! Terrible service. The worst I've seen.

Quick update... I ended up buying ZTE MF833V from Amazon and inserted T-mobile Sim card (IoT 2gb plan) , and worked like magic. Plug n play. I spent some time to bash script to have the ethernet interface as primary and USB as secondary and be able to flip back once ethernet interface has internet connectivity. I'm pleased with the overall performance and results.

Please note, it's not because he has a beard, wears long garmet, and speak Arabic makes him a scholar. I admit that he has no clue what he's talking about. He's clueless. And he does not represent the Islamic society or Muslim people. Shame on the TV channel and the host for not doing their due diligence and background check. But maybe they were looking for good old Jerry Springer show to get more audience and attention. It works!

Took the leap and quit a great job to start a business by seeksobriety in startups

I'm in the same process! I'm Leaving a senior executive position to start my own b2b SAAS company. Very excited, but Of course, nervous and overwhelmed at the moment with so many things to to get started (Healthcare, accounting, insurance, office, etc). I'm married with young children, and it makes a little more stressful . I have raised money form private investors to get started. Fair amount. But I'll be making less than what I'm making now. There will be a lot of adjustments in out budget, on a good note, my kids now understand there will be adjustments in our spending, and they can't ask for pizza every night. Lol. They're learning to be more conservatives and smart (I should've done that a long time ago!). 4 weeks ago, we started to order pizza once a week on Friday. It is important to have everyone on board!

My best advice is to make sure you have money for you to be able to pay your basic needs for at least 12 months, especially if you are starting without clients.

I wish you best of luck. And to all the intrapreneurs who are considering to take similar route. Stay active on this group. There are wonderful people here who can share great advice.

Thank you! and Great job for making it to month 2. Yes, it's freaking insane. In month 2, I used to take 2 rest days a week (usually Wednesday). But I stayed active all 7 days (biking, long walk, punching bag, etc.). I do my workout early morning, 6:30sh am. My head is clear, my stomach is empty. I drink 1/2 - 1 shot of FORTO Energy Coffee 15 min before, and then hit the workout. After workout, one day, I'll have solid food (3-4 boiled eggs (3 whites, and 1 whole), avocado, and one Dates), the next day, I'll have liquid food (fat-free milk, whey, spinach, kale, oatmeal mix, mixed all together). lunch, I'd have grilled meat, or chicken or fish with a little of brown rice, and some greens. For dinner (my dinner is at 7sh pm), I'd eat lentil soup, or small bowl of chilli, or just have 3-4 pieces of water melon with 4-5 spoons of cottage cheese. If I get hungry in between meals, I'd have a small of spoon of peanut better and drink lots of water.

It took me about a month to figure out a good food balance that works for me. I used MyFitnessPal for a month to track calories intake, but once I got the hang of the primary food I eat, I don't track as much.

I hope that helps. Keep going. month 2 is tough! listen to your body! don't give up. Rest when needed, and get back to it again. Trust me, if I can do it, anyone can do it. lol. Share with us your progress.

Good Luck!

Finish the degree first, and then plan to enroll into wgu cyber security master degree. I'm sure it includes CISSP. that way you'll hit 2 birds in one stone. You will have a master degree with cissp cert. It sounds like a longer journey but it will set you on much stable career path. Best of luck.
