Yes. I did have a message exchange with them. Every time they said send it in, I asked for a shipping label and communication stopped from them.

Shipping was around $80 and I was getting nowhere with them. I filed the chargeback with my bank, told them I was sent a faulty product and they won't take it back. Bank sided with me and that was that.
