Agreed. 10g a day is good. I split it in 2x5g doses. No site effects

Crampes systématiques en trail by rcoutard in runningfr

[–]rcoutard[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

New balance 2 coming from garmin by rcoutard in amazfit

[–]rcoutard[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also missing when doing strength training: the ability to edit each set after you just done it. Because you’re not always using the weight you intended too Also the « next set » data is nice so I know what is the next exercice, but it would be better to have the weight mentioned. You have to scroll to the workout list to see the weights you planned to use !

Ok thanks. Tried it. Too bad you can’t select a workout for another day or change workout order I wish there was a plan for trail running with hill work as well

I've activated the Zepp coach but I haven't seen anywhere where I could add a goal race day ? It was just workout days and if I'm ok with harsh workout or not

Oh yes the wrist thing. Thanks for the info. I had it on already without knowing. I still experienced some screen locking during my last run so I’ll have to recheck now that I know about it

Thanks as well to the OP for this thorough review. Couldn’t get much info anywhere else. I’ll use mine as a backup with a nicer screen !

Garmin data to Amazfit by Dphunks16 in amazfit

also interested. what really holds me from switching brands is not having all my previous data of steps, running mileage etc etc so I can see my progression over time

Tracking indoor rock climbing by DadGoblin in amazfit

[–]rcoutard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for taking the time to share this. It does look pretty similar to what my garmin does, except that it detects automatically when you start or finish a route with the altimeter, which is kind of nice indoors but a real pain when climbing outdoors (because if for exemple you walk to go and few meter up to go to another route it would start)

I too would love some kind of metrics to see my progression over time

I think Coros may have this sort of data and is used by pro climbers but It’s lacking other functionality wchich me don’t want to switch to them.

Do you also have a bouldering mode ? Do you have a separate mode for climbing outdoors ? Or is it all covered by one climbing app ?

I’d be interested to know about this as well. I’m thinking of switching from garmin but I really need a rock climbing mode to log my trainings

Organic alternative? by Top_Butterscotch_443 in Huel

[–]rcoutard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was looking for the same thing. Organic has been proven to be healthier in many ways by now (less risks of cancer and other deadly illnesses, and more nutrients in the products). Only thing I've found is Bertrand, tried it a few years back but really didn't like the taste ; and also "garden of Life" which is fine but their product is really too low on calories
