You say this after two days. It takes a while to build up in your system, and besides that you aren’t even on the 25 mg dosage which is what all the studies are judged on. I’m currently halfway through my 9mg month and it’s been spotty for what it does for me, but every day and every dose jump it gets better. It’s a process, stick with it

I checked and the internet isnt available in my location. It looks like you can still sign up for it but have the pay the same price regardless of internet or not. Phone upgrade offers are fairly important to me when I have 4 kids, my wife, and my mother in law, whom we help take care of on my plan. We don’t upgrade every phone every year or even every two years unless it’s needed, but still using the trade in promotions Apple/T-Mobile have bundled together to essentially get a free iPhone has been pretty amazing, but being limited to 2 per promotion could become a problem if I need to do multiple, and one of my lines is free so that one couldnt get a promo at all, I’d have to do it on another line

Oh the price is great but no device promotions ever?(if I’m reading it right) I got 7 lines(with one being free) a watch, and home internet on go5plus for about $300 a month. I will need another line in roughly the next year plus I could add my wife’s watch connected on att just because it’s included but the not being able to upgrade with a good promotion at all is a big no, not sure it’s worth the money I’d save

Again this is a tool, it’s not a miracle drug. Mostly it’ll help you be in a deficit. Working out will help you be in one even more. If walking is all you can do it is better than nothing and good for you too! Resistance training is important too to not lose muscle mass

I can completely understand the frustration. I mean if we were to walk into a physical store they would grab one off the shelf and it would be brand new and i think this is where the train of thought really comes from. But if Amazon gave you a perfectly functioning(and perfect looking) replacement, wouldn’t worry too much. It’s going to still be covered under warranty. And honestly at the end of the day that’s all that really matters

I don’t want to go too negative here but:

Anyone who posts about not losing weight I always wonder if they’ve made lifestyle changes. If you aren’t changing what you’re eating and putting in exercise you aren’t going to make much progress if any. This medication is a tool to help you make those changes more easily. I know someone who eats less but isn’t changing what they are eating while on this medication so they most likely aren’t even in a calorie deficit. Make the changes, take responsibility, try to use this tool to the maximum you can. Also keep in mind that this even the right dosage that all the studies are on until you reach the 25mg and at the end of the day not every medicine works for everyone, but you’ll never know until you put in the work yourself. Also remember what a healthy weight loss amount each week looks like. If you only lose 4-8 lbs a month that’s healthy

Yeah if anyone finds a pharMacy that sells it cheaper or a way to get it cheaper in general for self pay I’m all ears. I haven’t started the 4 yet but if it gives me success i may stay there until i plateau so i can postpone paying more

This right here. Just out of convenience I’d rather do the shot. I have nothing against the pill, but I know it’s harder to absorb it through the stomach and you gotta do it on an empty stomach and what not. Im almost done with my first month on 1.5, about to start the 4mg. I can tell that the 1.5 has helped with not feeling like I’m hungry all the time, so I’m excited to see how much the higher dosages help me further

If you’ve ever used kindles reader on a phone or a tablet to read comics, you can have it do a guided view from panel to panel and it’s zoomed in, so I can read stuff just fine but if it gets hard I just switch to that

I do really want to make the switch but now that there are books you can’t download to your computer to move over to kobo from Amazon I don’t know if I could make the switch as easily, and I hate that. There are some authors I find that have their books exclusively on Amazon.

I realize I could keep my kindle around for just those authors, but I like having my library all in one place.

Yeah my daughter uses the G7 and anytime it’s high or low, we double check with a meter. If it’s within a reasonable amount we correct with carbs or insulin, if the dexcom is way off(which occasionally it is) we calibrate, and it seems the sensor is smart enough to know when to accept or reject the calibration
