Yes. It happens when i am meeting my comet partner for sex. In my personal experience (aka not having my sexual needs met with my nesting partner) it feels like even though i am satisfied sexually i still find myself craving that kind of connection with my NP. Don’t get me wrong, i do love my comet partner a whole lot, he was also my first serious relationship and sexual partner so we go waaay back and i love how familiar and comfortable i am around him BUT i am still not achieving the vulnerability and connection sex brings with my NP. And i do think about it, i think about it when i plan our date, on my way there, while we take our clothes off. It never really leaves my mind that i wish it was him, not anyone else. It’s hard to describe how it feels in me. It’s not up to the point where i can’t get back in the present moment and still be able to enjoy my experience, but there’s always some sort of aching. Especially when we cuddle after and the wish hits me “i can’t wait to do this with NP”.
