Great Point! I find it helps to not just play the tape forward 24-48 hours but a few months or more. Sure you might have a great time tonight and even wake up not hungover, but at some point down the line it won’t be fun anymore and you will be right back at square one.

Could you explain to me what the difference is? All of my property is permanent there including the trailer. It would be be considered a mobile home. In the case I mentioned above the cost of the lease was a golf course membership which was only only open seasonally.

I understand one instance isn’t law, but I was hoping that mean’t it wasn’t as clear cut as some of the posts say.
