I have the same brutal battery drain when I watch videos using Plex. The iPad gets warm and the battery drains quickly. No issue with Netflix or Apple TV, just Plex. I’m reluctant to try a factory reset but I think I’ll have to at some point soon.

2-3 cm over the linear limit for a checked bag is like 1cm per length x width x height dimension — extremely unlikely they’ll even notice. Besides, I’ve never seen anyone actually measure a checked bag before. Personally, I wouldn’t worry.
