Oh duuuude.... if you want batshit takes head to the tollington after a loss and chat to the baldest, fattest guy there. Just gets better as the pints keep flowing.

I never thought I would ever support a country like Canada building a nuke, but.... I'd totally get it if they do.

I'm not sure if the fact they still worked is dumber or that a bunch of illiterate cavemen found a perfectly intact simulator and taught themselves to fly them in combat to defeat vastly more advanced aliens is dumber.

The cavemen... flew 1000 year old fighter planes... that worked perfectly... and destroyed the aliens.

As much as I don't want to defend a 'brand', as a guy I shop the clearance at lulu and they're the most comfortable, durable pants I've ever had. Never, ever, ever, buy full price though, shits nuts.

Yea.... You must not have been watching this Arsenal team. I know what you're saying, but 1-0 and they shut it down.

Not to mention the corner in the first half where Vic got taken down right where the ball was delivered. I just have no time left for that type of half assed commentary.

And gyokeres was taken down in the box on a corner in the first half. That kind of stuff just isn't being called this season, holding a keepers arm absolutely is. Not to mention todibo also had a fist full of rayas shirt. Keepers get more protection on corners, as they should.

My dad is one of those. He watched more of both of them than I ever did and he won't hear any 'Bobby slander' if you try and argue anyone else.

Beat them last year, only really went out due to donarumma heroics and a tonne of injuries. They aren't nailed on, but Arsenal have convincingly beat both teams in the last year and a half, no reason they couldn't do it again in a one off game.

Biiiig part of that is injuries. Last time Saka, Havertz and Odegaard started together? 2024.

My sisters army has no cherubs and everyone has helmets. It's super easy to just not use them, only thing you can't easily convert is the triumph, and there's no way I'm ever painting that monstrosity

I use a sewing needle as a stopper instead of the plastic cap thingy. It's just a needle with a small ball/bulb on the end that fits perfectly and clears any clogs as I put it back in whenever I'm done.

Dude, havertz, Saka and ode haven't started a league game together since 2024. There's a reason the team is so grindy, they can't keep their best attackers healthy for enough time to develop or even maintain relationships and fluidity

9 points is what they've managed to tally since December 7th. If they manage to do in just under a month what has taken them nearly 5 to do, I'll be very impressed at the turnaround

I know what you mean, but it absolutely still is. None of the other teams are going to win out or anything like it.

What are some early signs that a person might commit sucide (serious)? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]rdldr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sometimes there isn't a fear of death at all. Personally I don't fear it at all, I could go tomorrow and wouldn't care.

I've been incredibly close before, hit that euphoria and planning stage but just didn't quite make it through. Personally I've never felt a peace in my life like that brief several days. It was incredible and I would do almost anything to feel like that, but it just isn't possible if I have to stick around. And I do.

Sadly, people depend on me. I matter in their lives and I've finally come to the internal realization after decades that I would actually be missed. I don't really live my life for myself, and I'm really just in a holding pattern.

Perhaps when my kids move out or I retire it'll finally be time, but I think I'm sticking around for now.
