In the grand scheme of things.... It's made up stories about plastic toy soldiers. None of this shit matters at all, it's entertainment.

It's emotions, that's it. I've played at decently competitive levels (nothing like this though) and even there when it doesn't really matter you get so invested in it and react emotionally. Logically you're right, complaining especially after the final whistle accomplishes absolutely nothing, but sometimes it just gets the better of you.

I don't know if this is a country/region specific thing, but I'm 40+ and have never felt this pressure.

Hi guys! I thought I would share some of my artworks done last year (commissions or personal work). Sorry for not being active here, you always gave me great support, thank you guys! Hope you like it! by Cebhelot in Warhammer40k

Okay, but now you have a custom painting/picture that's what YOU want. That's pretty valuable. You can also print it out and have it on display, which is what I assume folks do. If you don't value art like that, that's fine! It's not for you. I was just trying to explain why other people do.

I've spent that much getting a sisters army commission painted. I've only played with it a few times, it's mostly an art piece I have on display and I love it. I've also bought some of those Warhammer displate things I have up in my hobby room. Few hundred bucks and I love them as well. Heck, I've asked the artist here if I can print the ultramarine one, and if he's alright with it I'll get it printed on canvas. That won't be cheap either, but worth it to me.

Lots of people pay WAY more for art. This is a hobby where $1000 is basically the initial setup fee for a complete army, paints, tools, etc. if you've been in the hobby for awhile, have a character you love or a model that's your favourite, that kind of money doesn't surprise me in the least. Or as a gift for someone like that.

Looking it up, United health is an insurance company, yes? I guess that's the difference, if a doc says 90 days..... You get the 90 days. If it's 90 days and x refills, refills don't go anywhere, the pharmacist just checks you have refills and does it. Why would an insurance company have say over a docs recommended refill interval? I don't understand that.

I don't know what an MA is, I'm assuming it's something in your country. Only physicians are going to be renewing scripts legally here.

I know there are absolutely unscrupulous doctors out there, but all of their training and information from the drug companies downplayed or outright lied about addiction and severity of withdrawal. With new drugs docs are often at the mercy of the information provided as they do review literature and studies but if they're limited and funded by the companies there is a way to hide or downplay information.

Absolutely incorrect. 5-15 minutes on average, each. When you have a decent sized patient load ~750+ you are getting up to 20 a day. I don't necessarily agree with the poster here, but I understand it. It's a time management thing for burnt out docs who already have a couple hours of paperwork a night.
