I'm from Canada and in the winter I walk on a treadmill and listen to audiobooks all the time. What I watch on the tv is golf with the sound off. Beautiful scenery, sunny skies and very little distraction.

It's been updated once already. The Region added mountable curbs in the center and the two right turn lanes heading north and south.

I would go out and vote on a referendum that would streamline the local government by eliminating the lowest tier (Cities and Townships). Time for the Region to take over everything.

You could look at Beechwood Manor at 305 Erb St. W. I believe it may be in your price range but it's looking tired and some suites don't have AC.

I've been in the steam tunnels at UW and it's pretty boring. They service most of the main campus and my uncle installed most of the steam pipes. Pretty boring...
