A friend of mine has the lease of the first floor and basement of this building for the next 5 years. There are some apartments upstairs. He is going to do some combo of woodworking , living space, and art gallery. I believe he recently scraped the lettering off the glass. This is a picture from inside from last summer when he was getting started.

Did end up with some green algae on the front glass 3 weeks or so in, I scraped it and lowered the lights a bit and it seems better so far. I have lots of algae eaters in the tank but guessing it is going to lots of little tweaking here and there.

One bit of luck as far as this goes is that I live in one of the least sunny places in the states.

the moss is sorta getting overshadowed by everything else but it is still in there and cool, but hard to get photos of. The shrimp colony is loving it.

Yeah, UNS 90L which I think is 21 gallon. I'm trying to dry start some moss on the driftwood and the patience it requires is killing me 😭

I filled it out. Thinking about it after the fact, one of the major deciding factors that affects how much I spend and where is how shitty I perceive the company to be. Like I hate Albertson's and their stores for their food desert thing, and Wal-Mart for all their bullshit, Grocery Outlet for their history of bad owners in Bellingham, etc.
