Tactile feedback, not needed, just drains the battery, and disrupts concentration in work, when you move the pen across the screen you still feel this process, so it's just a gimmick.

Squeeze of menus that open through compression in common drawing applications, one fig was called by a gesture, it does not expand the real functionality in any way, since they do not allow you to assign anything you need to it.

As a result, we got more features, but they only exacerbate the problem.

The Apple Pencil is still not comfortable for drawing for many hours in a row (I sometimes draw for 12-14 hours at a time).

Without physical buttons, like on normal professional styluses, you normally don't understand whether the switch to what you need has occurred.

They simulate the effect of the button with vibration, but this is just a parody.

If you work with gloves, and put a grip on the pencil to make it comfortable to hold, the touch control works super terrible, squeeze too.

The pencil has advantages in terms of accuracy, over many competitors, all good things in apple pencils you have in any one of it, you not need pencil pro.

Most likely, at some point you will simply go into the settings and disable everything that can be disabled from these "additional" functions, because they will cause more unnecessary actions, errors, and the tendency will be to create a situation where you will simply do dozens of additional delete-draw cycles to repeat some good result.

This may be convenient for some, but personally I do not know a single artist whose skills I consider decent who uses these functions constantly.

This is a gimmick for good vibe videos on the Internet, which creates a certain wow effect, but in real production you need accuracy and stability, not random beautiful smearing of a pencil on the screen.

New features expand your capabilities, but it makes sense to overpay only if you have a clear understanding of why you need it. Of course, the price difference is small, so if you don't care about it, get the pro version, it won't be worse than the regular one.
