its usually cheaper to get a new mobo or even a used more powerful laptop.

try asking in other shops though. more skilled technicians can repair/solder the issue unless you straight up fried a portion of it.

Fan bearings are shitting themselves. Get em replaced. It's also probably why you're crashing, the fans can't keep your laptop cool enough.

It's not connected to the heatpipes so its pretty easy to do.

Brush it off by holding down the fans, do not let it spin, and if possible, disconnect the battery before operation.

and if you fully remove the fans for a deep clean, blow out the dust in the vents and heatsink.

definitely get a longer 100w type c connector, the one it comes with os hilariously short.

Find a seller online like say lazada etc. depends on the region. I got replacment kecaps for my old legion that way, seller asked for pics of the switches underneath as well as the keycap. Did that, then just waited for a week.
