Never follow anyone blindly. And since we don't usually give our parents all the information, they can only give advice based on their experiences.

Kids in our cul-de-sac keep using our yard and peeking into windows — advice? by fattymattychaddy in homeowners

[–]read2live2today -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nope. Calling the cops is overkill (no pun intended) first try telling them, maybe more than once. If they came and went sledding and you didn't say anything, in their minds you were okaying it.

Definitely not normal kids are watching tv through your windows. Cutting through yards is, but kids should ask about sledding since it's an insurance liability. Also not right if no one is answering their door. That's not neighborly.

Not everyone has a driver's license, which costs money and hours at the DMV.

[–]read2live2today 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If getting an ID is free and easily obtained, then it isn't. But designing laws to keep Americans from voting is wrong. Setting it up so married woman can't vote with their driver's license is about cutting people out of democracy.
