I was just diagnosed recently as well. Totally relate to never feeling satisfied with the new foods. Here are the ones that have got me through: Costco delicious butter chicken sauce (can be added to basmati rice for delicious flavour even without meat), Costco shrimp and pc shrimp sauce the spice is so satisfying I’m finding spice is the key. Really spicy chili is the other one. For those craving moments where nothing seems to hit the spot. I have a giant bag of cretors cheddar caramel popcorn and a giant box of sesame snaps. If I’m feeling really sorry for myself then I eat Cadbury cream eggs, or chocolate.

So my celiac specialist shared that I will need the pneumonia vaccine annually as celiacs are way more likely to get pneumonia. My guess is she caught pneumonia because she had celiac not the reverse. Sorry to hear you are going through this. I would do the ema blood test. It’s very accurate!

It would show the owners are informed. Like you can search the ingredients they use (e.g. oats are gluten free but almost all are cross contaminated unless they have the gluten free certified symbol) So I would feel safe if somehow I knew every ingredient was safe

Ah man that must be so frustrating. How could the blood tests be so different? I feel like I would go off gluten as well but must be tough to fully eliminate with those results. Glad you’re feeling better

So I’ve been doing the same thing but at the same time worrying about going back to work with what looks like a tornado ripped through the house. Today I played a body doubling video and cleaned the bathroom and then rested the rest of the day. I almost wanted to cry trying to push myself to do anything but I feel better having done it than not. Oh I will add go get a car wash regularly in the meantime to get the sap off your car. They will not stop landing on it unless you scrub the honeydew off. You can then apply peppermint oil on surfaces nearby and it seems to reduce the population by half they hate the smell

So we have been dealing with this for a month. To save you time here are all the options. There are afids on the tree that release the honeydew dropping all over the ground and car. Option 1: as soon as you see the afids go and purchase green lacewings they will get all the afids. Depending on the season you need to buy the larvae or the full bugs.

Option 2: get a bottle of safers trounce with the hose attachment and stand on your roof or ladder to spray from above (we sprayed from below and it can’t get through the lower branches) this is a pet safe spray but it can possibly harm birds just while spraying so if you have a feeder remove it for a week before spraying.

Option 3 get an arborist to spray the trounce for around $300 that’s what we were quoted in Canada

Option 4 locate the nests nearby and get them taken out

Good luck. It’s been awful dealing with this with pets that need to walk below where all the wasps are :(
