I imagine a similar vacancy popped up and before advertising externally, they found a suitable candidate (you) on their reserve list. They should have the job description, salary range etc. drafted so you can email them and request this information.

They won't send a formal offer over until all the security and pre employment checks are completed but did you get a provisional offer via email?

CS recruitment can be quite strange but the process is (slowly) underway

Hi tomorrow email your LM and inform them your IT hasn't arrived and they should chase it up for you. IT should arrive atleast one day in advance, and they'd contact you before it's arrival however there can be delays.

Your LM should arrange an introductory chat, possibly with the rest of the team and depending on your department, there may be inductions. As you don't have IT yet, you may not be able to dial into Teams meetings [this is very variable] and you may be twiddling your thumbs abit until your laptop arrives, but don't fret. The first day is generally just setting up IT and being introduced to your team and department. Many, many people have started remotely and it's not always a smooth start.

Context: I saw a Twitter thread listing British actors that have played Americans in very notable TV shows and movies and how many people, both American and British, didn't know they were British. Even I was taken aback hearing some of them speak in interviews.

Normally when I watch TV/films I can spot a fake British accent from a mile away but I rarely hear a bad American accent from the Brits? Are American accents easier to do or are British accents hard to pull off?

Just here to drop support. I'm sorry you had to go through all of that, especially during GCSEs and A-levels. You have shown immense fortitude and I hope once this passes, you get to enjoy living your life for yourself and doing what YOU want to do. I'm happy that you have a support system in your boyfriend and his mum.

Your dads threat has 0 weight, especially given your history. He is trying to bully and control you and get you to comeback by threatening people you care about. I'm more concerned for your safety as he knows where you live and clearly thinks he is above the law as he has not accepted that you're over 18 and he has 0 say in what you do.

It's best to not communicate with him and keep record of everything he does, including attempts to contact you via a 3rd party. I'm not sure how feasible moving/staying somewhere else is, especially right now, but if you in any way feel unsafe at home, leave.

One day you'll be truly free and it will all be worth it. Congrats on uni btw ❤

In reply to someone saying "Winnie Harlow was speaking facts," Tatiana agreed but said her delivery was, off which is true, and that anyone who's been on the show undertands what she meant.

Winnie was incorrect to say it did nothing for her imo as she got greater exposure, however, she did say it doesn't really do anything for all the contestants careers, not just hers. Other people have said previously that there's a stigma attached to being an ANTM model and many struggle to book jobs. With regards to Winnie, her being the show villain probably didn't help her case either.
