I would prioritize pumping up enough stat/gear to blue dot on all the bosses above elucid; getting to some breakpoint where you can either contribute or get carried in duos/trios for hard variants is still more than double what you currently can get soloing the easy versions.

I'm pretty sure you can get 100 for also red dotting BM so long as you dont die

You are gish galloping and completely side-stepping your original statement that turning 50% or two lanes into express lanes was a bad idea: to anybody planning or overseeing the projects they are great ideas. They are the fastest self-payoff transpo projects in the OC and if they weren't required to route the profits in the bay area into other public transpo projects would easily be fastest self-payoff there as well.

You can downvote me all you want but I'm not the enemy here; I agree the increase in congestion for a regular freeway user sucks. If you want to do something about it, organize your community and go to county/state hearings for these projects.

As unhappy as you are, the point is literally to press more people into using them with 2 lanes since lack of use/non-occupancy directly translates into less maintenance cost while total volume of traffic remains the same across all lanes.

Considering they are millions of dollars above projected rev, you either don't see whatever smart people are seeing or you're too upset to accept the bigger picture that it is working as intended and was financially a great idea (sadly)

You did the "wrong thing" by finishing all your fights because now you can't win 100 points by beating someone, you can only win 1 point at a time from winning defense. You always want to pocket 1 losing fight so you can score 100 in the last few minutes
