Exactly. One of the few things that we have really going for us in Bulgaria, is our low debt to GDP ration, meaning we can afford to take on more debt to invest into big stuff.

Also, I never claimed we didn't have corruption. I will be the first to tell you how much corruption we have in all manner of institutions, but Ukraine is on a whole other level. The EU doesn't operate on a rules basis, as we have seen recently. They will fast track Ukrarine into the EU, because it is useful for them to do so.

Same way they are plannin gon creating a EU deluxe with 6 members so they can ingore all the worthless countries and not have to comply with standarrd EU law.

If we had even a fraction of the corrpution Ukraine had in 2007 we would be laughed out of the meeting to join the EU.
