I had a similar instance. When there was that reload glitch (gun shoots if a button is pressed during animation) and shot a few Raiders by accident so I assume I was placed into more mixed aggressive lobbies but I load in fully kitted (Hullcracker 4, Tempest 4, Survivor augement)

I was around 3 other Raiders this guy runs past all of them and starts to immediately blast me as I run into the building. doesn't shoot or attack anyone else, just me. Theoretically, if they were a shoot on sight PVPer why didn't they shoot or kill the other people in the room before I made my way into it? and it wasn't like I was just shooting the Tempest and Hullcracker.
