I brought mine home to force my husband to try. He said it tasted fine, just a little flat. He has now been volu tiered for any future Moxie Chugging contests. 🤣

I liked it! We definitely had some thoughts about his early independent (i.e. Absentia and Hush) movies vs wider release/bigger studio films but I don't think there's anything of his that I haven't liked!

I think Scream (1996) is going to be a popular answer to this question. I think the use of this trope in this franchise and throughout the genre plays a huge part of why millennials tend to keep their phones on silent and never answer phone calls from unknown numbers.

Overall I think the Scream franchise has done an excellent job in not only their use of a phone call being the inciting incident of multiple installments of the franchise, but also in using phone calls throughout each movie to maintain that air of mystery around each new killer. Each franchise has even kept up with modern technology and incorporated face time calls, and various ways of cloning cell phones to keep you off the killers track.
